Win Tickets to a Night of Classic Cocktails!

Make it neat. On the rocks. Stirred, not shaken. With a twist. Extra olives. No salt.

There are so many ways to wear a cocktail. How do you wear yours?  Tell me by midnight on January 30th and you'll be entered to win a pair of tickets to the Classic Cocktails event at the Carlu on Thursday, February 3rd. (I have five pairs to give away!)

To enter, just tell me your favourite cocktail. Simply post a comment on this blog or tweet your favourite cocktail using #LCBOCocktails. Winners will be randomly drawn from all Twitter and blog entries and announced on Monday, and by Thursday night will be hob-nobbing with party guests including Mad Men's costume designer, Janie Singer. You could be kicking back cocktails and kicking up your heels in an unforgettable evening.

So, what'll it be?

P.S. If you're entering using a blog post, don't forget to leave a clue as to how to reach you!

  6. The Heartbreaker: Stoli Raspberry Vodka (or another naturally flavoured raspberry vodka) over a tumbler of ice. Add about a tbsp of Cran, two squeezes of fresh lime and top with soda water. Best. Drink. Ever.
    Now can I go?

    I've got just the treat...

    "Sweet Tea Revolution"

A concoction of my very own:
Burnett's Sweet Tea Flavoured Vodka (the more you add the sweeter it tastes!)
muddle vodka & ice with a few mint springs
1/4 glass of natural lemonade (nice & bitter)
1/4 glass of white cranberry juice
Fill the rest of the glass with club soda.
*The only shame is the fact that this vodka is a seasonal LCBO product (but I know Pravda carries this brand).

    ENJOY THIS COVETED TREAT!
